Seniors
- Now is the time to be finalizing your college plans.
I have lots of scholarship information in my office. Mrs. Gordon also
has some great links on the library’s home page (LCHS Library Media Center)
as
well.

may have to set up a profile, but many of them are worth it. Remember,
many colleges and universities have a December 1st deadline to apply
for scholarships, so you need to get your applications in as soon as
possible.
- ACT packets are in my outer office. You may register
by mail or online.
- Marines Rep. will be in the lunchroom on September
13th.
- Army Rep. will be in the lunchroom on September 15th.
- Check the bulletin board outside my office for
scholarship information and college recruitment days.
Juniors
- If you haven’t already, now is a good time to start
taking the ACT. See registration and test dates above.
- PSAT for select 11th graders on October 13th.
- ASVAB for 11th grade on November 15th.
Sophomores
Phyllis Markham, Sandra Dubose, and
Linda Marchbanks are available to tutor students in math.
